What struck me first about this album is the sound quality. It's
been a long time since I've come across an album having the
settings that Aetherius put on this album. I've listened through
every track and have loved every track, each composed of its own
unique essence. The lyrics are like Edgar Allen Poe style, even
consisting of that whole sick obsession with death accompanied
with beautiful atmospheric riffs and drum beats to keep the
listener pleased, satisfied, and content with the concepts of death.
My favorite track on the album is Mysterious Path of Desires, for I
feel the most out of this sad (happy) song. The vocals are
absolutely killer almost like Hoest (Taake, Ragnarok) style, every
once in awhile you get clear vocals that really add a nice touch to
the album. My only criticism with the album is I wish there could of
been more clear vocal parts, other than that, this is a well made
album, I look forward to hearing other music from these guys.
