If you are on drugs or know someone who is on drugs this is the perfect
listen. The production on this recording was magnificent. Great recording
everything is very clear. The drums were recorded with a good high quality.
All the background effects and sound clips are heard very clearly. This is a
very Burzum-esk album. Very ambient black metal at times slow tempo with
some good blasts mixed in. The arrangements were very well put together
and this was a very enjoyable listen for me. This is great stuff to listen to if
you just want to mellow out and listen to some good black metal music. Most
of the record is instrumental but the parts that do have vocals were done
carefully. A lot of wicked horrific screams mixed in with heavily distorted
witchy style vocals.
This is one of the records that you play really loud to scare the old folks
and all the emo kids out there. You really have to listen to this recording
very closely and carefully at least once all the way through because there
are tons of little sounds in there that you can easily miss. The guitar work
on this album should not be overlooked. On the slower more down tempo
stuff, the riffs are excellent. On the fast up tempo parts you kind of get lost
in everything else that is going on and you can easily lose the guitars if you
are not paying attention. This apparently is a one man project and this one
man put everything together quite well. The Hail Ganzir myspace gives you
info on how to get a copy of this and I suggest you visit and give it a listen
for yourself and send this guy a request.
