The production on this CD is not great. According to the credits no
harmonizers or computers were used on the making of this album. It sounds
like cassette quality audio. But let’s not take away from the music. The
music itself is quite enjoyable. This is a very long CD but there are many
changes that can keep you listening to this disc for a long time. There are
thrash influences as well as classical rhythms mixed in. The vocalist sounds
a little like King Diamond at times. Good vocals overall. There are a lot of
intricate leads thrown into the songs that keep the listener’s attention
throughout. It seems as if this band is very proud of this recording. They
should definitely be proud of the musicianship because this is a very
talented band. But the poor production holds it back a bit. The album cover
is a great concept but it seems as if the artwork didn’t come out well done.
Kind of like the music. The music is great but the production doesn’t do it
justice. This is a must listen. I would definitely recommend this band to
others.
